Determines and maintains the parameters of an
overall budget;

Sets up and attends appointments with vendors,
such as: ceremony and reception site selected;
florist or décor company; entertainment (band or
DJ); musicians for the ceremony; photographer and/or
videographer; officiant (if necessary);
transportation for the wedding day;

Provides constant communication with all of the
vendors selected;
-
Assists with orchestrating and directing the
wedding rehearsals;
-
Assist with orchestrating and directing the
rehearsal dinner to follow the wedding rehearsal;
-
Serves as the efficiency expert and organizer,
advising what to do when plans seem overwhelming;
-
Works side by side with other vendors to ensure
that the day flows smoothly;

Serves as the advocate who works on the behalf of
the future bride, to get the best services, quality,
and prices;

Oversees all the work done by all the vendors
hired, whether the recommendation of A&W
Professional Salon Services or not;

Anticipates problems before they arise and
solves them;
-
Handles last minute details or errands that need
to be taken care of;

Prepares schedules and itineraries for the
vendors;
-
Serves as an extra set of hands that can handle
all of the details;
-
Serves as a mediator to run interference with
vendors and family members;
-
Explains diplomatically the decisions to
difficult relatives or guests; and
-
Serves as an independent third party who is a
detached problem solver and not embroiled in family
situations or emotional decisions.
